This is a preliminary privacy notice for the AdArea early-access launch. A full policy will be published together with accounts and paid subscriptions.

What we collect. AdArea currently works without accounts. The searches you run (location, radius, business category) are processed to produce your analysis. Your free-analysis counter is stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. We do not sell personal data and we run no third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Where the market data comes from. Analyses are built from public sources: local business listings, businesses’ own public websites and social profiles, and publicly available Meta advertising information.
